Los Trómpiras at Street Food auf Achse Spezial “Mexico”

The legendary Tacos al Pastor from Los Trómpiras at “Street Food auf Achse Spezial Mexico” in the Kulturbrauerei

There will be:

Tacos al Pastor: pork tacos marinated typically with achiote and chilis, roasted in the traditional style, in TROMPO (a spin grill). Served on corn tortillas produced in Berlin, along with onion, coriander, pineapple hot sauce, and lemon.
We also have the vegan version with mushrooms.

Gringas: Two wheat tortillas spliced, stuffed with cheese and meat and else, as described above. There is also a vegetarian version.

Quecas (kekas): Two corn tortillas or one wheat tortilla filled with melted cheese, also served with everything described above.
